Vinhomes Skylake stands at the Pham Hung and Duong Dinh Nghe junction, three towers on a retail podium, handed over in Q2 2019. Residential floors start above the mall at level four.

Its defining feature is what it looks at: the Cau Giay park and regulating lake, 32 hectares in total with 19 hectares of open water. Inside the podium is a Vincom Plaza with a CGV cinema and a supermarket, which for many families is the deciding factor — daily errands, a cinema and a park without leaving the block.

The towers are not identical. S3 has a four-season indoor pool; S1 and S2 share the outdoor Skypool and rooftop gardens, and S1 is shorter and lower density. Which tower a unit sits in affects both what the tenant gets and what the apartment achieves.

Notes for owners in Vinhomes Skylake

Skylake is one of the easier buildings in Hanoi to let, and that has a downside: you are competing with a lot of near-identical apartments. With around 1,855 units, on any given week there are dozens of two-bedrooms on the market at a similar size and price.

What separates them is presentation and speed. A unit with good photographs, a sensible furniture package and a landlord who replies the same day gets taken; an identical unit listed with phone snapshots sits empty for weeks. That is the difference we manage, and it matters more here than in a small building where supply is naturally scarce.

Worth flagging: several rental sites claim there is a Vinschool or Vinmec inside the project. We could not confirm either from Vingroup’s own project information, so we do not repeat it — a Japanese school bus service from the building is documented, and that is the school-related fact we would rely on.
