Notes for owners in D’El Dorado II
We are deliberately showing less on this page than on the others, and it is worth explaining why.
Public rental listings for this address almost always say only “D’El Dorado” without naming the phase. Because phase I and phase II have different unit counts, floor areas and layout mixes, quoting a rent table here would mean presenting phase I figures as if they described this building. We would rather show you nothing than show you numbers we cannot attribute. The phase I page carries the rent data we could actually source, clearly labelled as such.
The same applies to the handover date. This block topped out in June 2019 with handover scheduled for April 2020, but we could not verify from a reliable source when units were actually delivered — so the page says exactly that rather than picking a year.
If you own here, that gap works in your favour when you talk to us: we will check the building directly — current asking rents in the block, what the management office charges, what is actually available — instead of quoting you an average pulled from a portal.
